Boxme’s support for customers on 12.12 mega sale event

Following the success of the Singles Day campaign on November 11, 2021, businesses, brands and retailers are continuing to prepare for the next biggest sales day of the year on December 12.

On Boxme’s side, we have made early preparations to improve order processing capacity compared to the 11.11 campaign. At the same time, Boxme team would like to inform you about 12.12 order processing, specifically as follows:

Sales campaign 12.12 will start from December 9 and end on December 15 with dozens of campaigns from brands such as AHC, Olalahome, Colgate, Tefal, Panasonic, Peak sport, Merzy, Lixibox…

Support from Boxme for brands/retailers

1. Boxme added 15 more packing desks and increased 20% more order processing capacity compared to this year 11.11 Singles Day campaign.

2. Working time at the warehouse during the campaign is from 7:00 to 21:00 daily.

3. Order processing priority is as follow:

  • Fulfill Now orders and orders that are due for shipping out.
  • Orders within Hanoi and HCM city are on the next priority. 
  • Orders from marketplaces i.e. Tiki, Lazada, Shopee, etc.

It is expected that all orders within the campaign will be packed and delivered no later than December 16th (for orders arising until the end of December 15th).

4. The  Omisell system is upgraded and prepared backup plans to meet the requirements of inventory synchronization, multi-channel orders at flashsale time.

Notice to customers

Please follow our suggestions below to ensure the best fulfillment of your order and enhance the buyer’s experience:

1. Prepare stocks in accordance with the sales plan. Install buffer inventory with best-selling products at flashsale time because at this time the marketplaces (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada) will not allow inventory changes or late order synchronization.

2. Set inventory allocation by channel for products participating in flashsale according to registration time.

3. Check default warehouse settings, priority warehouse settings to avoid configuration errors when participating in the campaign.

4. Monitor and coordinate with our customer service to replenish inventory promptly in case the number of orders exceeds the inventory. We always prioritize warehousing for additional shipments within the day.

5. Install gift programs on Omisell system and double check to avoid errors. Please notify our dedicated Customer Service for assistance.
