- Fulfillment Center Holiday schedule: From January 30, 2022 to the end of February 5, 2022.
- Office holiday schedule: From January 30, 2022 to the end of February 6, 2022.
- Boxme Vietnam received inbound shipment until the end of January 28, 2022.
- The COD reconciliation period from January 29, 2022 to February 6, 2022 will be re-scheduled to February 7, 2022.
Boxme Malaysia
- Holiday schedule at Fulfillment center and Office: From February 1 to February 2, 2022
- COD remittance date to re-schedule from February 1, 2022 to February 3, 2022.
Boxme Indonesia
- Holiday schedule at Fulfillment center and Office: February 1, 2022.
- COD reconciliation date to re-schedule from February 1, 2022 to February 2, 2022.
Boxme Philippines
- Holiday schedule at Fulfillment center and Office: February 1, 2022.
- COD reconciliation date to re-schedule from February 1, 2022 to February 2, 2022.
Boxme Thailand
- Boxme Thailand works normally during Lunar New Year.
