From June 15, 2021, Boxme will discontinue providing shipping services to customers who are using external warehouses (not using Boxme warehouses services). The widespread discontinuation of shipping services enables Boxme to stay focused and optimize the operation the best for Boxme’s customers who are currently using Boxme’s warehouse.

Besides, customers are still able to use and connect with any carrier provider service in the Southeast Asia region using the Omni-channel management system Omisell (developed by Boxme Global).

See more information about Omisell here: Omisell – multi-channel managment

For customers who stop using Boxme’s shipping service, the remaining balance and COD fee will be paid as soon as the order’s status returns to the final state.
