Customers can use Boxme system to easily create a single local/international shipment, CoD shipments, multiple orders or to integrate with other e-commerce platforms’ APIs to synchronize shipping orders. Customers can also utilize Boxme’s uber-economical storage and shipping services.

Below is a breakdown of Boxme system guideline to get you started:

For shipping service user only:

Signing in/logging in and setting up account:

  • First, create a Boxme account FOR FREE following this instruction: https://blog.boxme.asia/blog/create-a-new-account/
  • After that, you should start twitching your account’s general settings – your pickup address in particular: https://blog.boxme.asia/blog/how-to-add-a-new-pickup-address/

Topping up credits for services utilization:

  • Credits topped up into Boxme system can be used for both shipping and storage services, and can be done quickly through banking cards association/topping up or direct connection with NganLuong e-wallet (Boxme system currently supports only the latter). Boxme do NOT store any information related to your bank account or e-wallet account, keeping it safe under any circumstance. See topping-up instruction at: https://blog.boxme.asia/blog/how-to-top-up-money-into-your-boxme-account/
  • Setting up your default payment method before associating your banking cards at “General settings”

Creating shipment:

  • After topping up credits, you are all set to use Boxme’s shipping service by filling in shipment info, then selecting shipping couriers with cost and timing most suitable for your needs. See the detailed order creation guideline at: https://blog.boxme.asia/blog/how-to-create-orders-on-boxme-system/

Note: You can create a single order, multiple orders, international order, CoD order, postal or pickup-requesting orders following steps detailed in this guideline.

  • Orders information need to be confirmed for couriers to come and pick them up; the same applies for postal served orders. After this step, whichever couriers chosen will proceed to ship your package and receive payment upon delivery on your behalf.

CoD remittance at cross-checking sessions

  • At each cross-checking session, customers will receive their respective CoD amount into their Boxme account balance, which can then be transferred back into their NganLuong e-wallet (free of charge) or their bank accounts at any time. Boxme’s gold members can get their money back on any day within the week. Detailed guideline can be found here: https://blog.boxme.asia/blog/how-to-receive-your-cod-payment/
